The property, now called “The M”, was constructed as a bank in 1964. It is now the home of McGinley Innovations, housing the McGinley Clinic on the second floor, Elite Imaging on the main floor, Wind City Physical Therapy on the lower level and several additional medical office spaces throughout. In addition, the distinctive concrete-winged rotunda now serves as a beautiful event venue.
This challenging renovation of a historical icon included a new 480-volt, 3-phase electrical service to accommodate the latest in x-ray and CT scanning technologies, as well as capacity for future upgrades to mechanical systems and additional imaging modalities. The Owner was heavily involved in selecting unique lighting fixtures throughout the building, including the event space chandelier, which is the centerpiece of this wonderful space. This one-of-a-kind piece includes 15 LED rings, ranging from 2 feet to 5 feet in diameter, suspended by 78 cables and filled with 1,326 crystals. The event space also features two lighted water features and a multi-level, color-changing LED lighting system providing unlimited options for creating scenes to set the mood.
